Rockridge Fellowship is pleased to be able to offer a safe, welcoming recovery space for all. The Fellowship currently hosts 105 meetings, both in person and online.
Post-pandemic, many meetings are returning from being online to being in person; there are also new meetings starting up, and new meetings wishing to move to Rockridge Fellowship from elsewhere. Below are Rockridge Fellowship’s guidelines for new and/or returning meetings.
new meetings
Anyone wishing to start a new meeting needs to appear before the next Business Meeting, provide the signatures of 5 people committed to attending the new meeting, and make a short pitch on why starting the meeting is a good idea.
The Business Meeting will then make a decision (vote). If approved, the secretary of the new meeting must provide their contact info to the Secretary Coordinator, and meet with the Secretary and Lockup Coordinators before starting to make sure they understand their responsibilities and Fellowship procedures.
meetings wishing to move to the fellowship
Anyone wishing to move a meeting into the Rockridge Fellowship needs to appear before the next Business Meeting, provide the signatures of 5 people committed to attending the new meeting, and make a short pitch on why moving the meeting to Rockridge Fellowship is a good idea.
Any meeting wishing to move into space at the Rockridge Fellowship will also have to agree to become part of the Group which is Rockridge Fellowship, and agree to the guidelines and responsibilities (including, but not limited to: deposit of 7th Tradition, cleaning duties, lockup/security procedures, and participation at the Business Meeting) of the Rockridge Fellowship.
Rockridge Fellowship DOES NOT and CANNOT sublet meeting space under the terms of our lease.
Please address any questions to the Fellowship Coordinator. Thank you!
